WIN a VIP Package for Summer Music Festival

    • From 6/17/2024-6/21/2024 contestants will enter their name, email address, phone number and mailing address on a designated landing page to become eligible for the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce

    • From the group of contestants who entered their contact information, we will place all entries into a spreadsheet, randomize a list of winners, and contact the first person on that list as the winner. If we are not able to contact a winner, we will move on to the next person on the list and so on and so forth.

    • One winner will be contacted on 06/24/2024. The winner will receive a 2-night stay at the Tamarack club at Holiday Valley, and 1 Ellicottville Summer Music Festival VIP package (good for 2 people).

    • Promotion valid only on promotion date and times listed.

    • Limit one entry per person.

    • Must be at least 21 years of age or older to be eligible.

    • Participants must meet the eligibility requirements.

    • No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion.

    • Prize(s) must be claimed within 48 hours (2) days of the date of the drawing, or they will be forfeited.

    • Valid government-issued, photo ID required.

    • Prize must be accepted as awarded.  No substitutions, replacements or cash equivalents will be performed. The two (2) night stay at the Tamarack Club is valid on 07/06/2024 and 07/07/2024 and the VIP Package for Ellicottville’s Summer Music Festival on 07/06/2024 and 07/07/2024. Offer is non-transferable.

    • All advertising for this promotion, including but not limited to posters, direct mail, radio, and email, will be in agreement with these promotion parameters.

    • Employees of Northtown Automotive Group, and all of their respective affiliates and the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce employees are not eligible to participate.
