Ellicottville Bake Shop is the passion project of Corey and Jennifer Hogan. After a trip to Iceland, where they visited a unique bakery with amazing bread, the couple was intrigued and began visiting bakeries across Europe and the United States. Their travels inspired the idea to open their own bakery. After scouting locations in Western New York, they settled on Ellicottville’s quaint and eclectic town to build their bake shop, centered first around providing quality, handmade, fresh-baked loaves of artisanal bread. The bakery will serve patrons and hopes to add value to Ellicottville’s vibrant restaurant community. Our team uses simple ingredients to handshape and bake fresh loaves of specialty artisan bread daily. We use seasonal produce and ingredients from local farms, wherever possible, to ensure a superior dining experience
