· Promotion
The Chamber actively promotes its members when responding to inquiries. Your name will be placed in the Guide to Ellicottville and on our Web Site with a photo and description of your business. Members are also promoted through several trade shows in both Canada and the US as well as through various media advertising campaigns. The Chamber utilizes over $100,000 annually in various advertising media.
· Group Health Insurance
A choice of three medical plans at group rates is available to you and your employees. If you are interested in the Chamber’s Health Insurance Program, you may call Robert Lanza, our Health Insurance Administrator, at 716-699-2072.
· BJ’s Wholesale Club Discount
Any current Chamber member is entitled to a discounted rate at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Olean, NY. The rate per year is $20.00 + tax (savings of $15) and you will need a written note from the Chamber of Commerce office confirming that you are a current member.
Mellon & Co Enhanced Website Listings

· Business after Hours
The primary purpose of this group, which meets once a month, is to generate business leads among its members and discuss areas of interest to the Business community and the Chamber.
· Festival and Special Events
The Chamber hosts many special events such as the Gazebo Series, Mardi Gras Weekend, Jazz Festival, Rock n’ Oldies Weekend, and Summer Festival of the Arts, Taste of Ellicottville, Fall Festival, Blues Festival, Christmas Open House, Christmas Stroll.
· Community Services
The Chamber helps promote many community services including annual Scholarships at The Ellicottville Central School. We annually raises over $80,000 for community not for profit organizations at Fall Festival.
· Web Site
As a member of the Chamber you are entitled to a free listing on this website (Business Listing section). Your listing includes one photo and a description of your business with hyperlinks to your own email and web site. Choose which category you would like to be listed in. Multiple category listings with pictures are $30 each.
· Guide to Ellicottville
As a member of the Chamber you are entitled to a free listing in our Guide to Ellicottville, We publish the guide twice a year and we distribute them throughout southern Ontario, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York. · Chamber Office
The Chamber office is open six days a week throughout the year and maintains member’s literature and an accommodation referral system. We are also contracted with Cattaraugus County to maintain a County Visitor Center providing information to Countywide travelers.
Membership Options
Principal Membership: is available to any firm or Corporation within the Town and Village limits of Ellicottville, New York. Principal members shall have any and all rights provided by the Chamber including the right to vote or hold office.
Non-resident Business Membership: Any firm or corporation not within the Town or Village limits of Ellicottville may become a non-resident member. Non-resident business members do not have the right to vote or hold office.
Social/ Retired Membership: Any person may become a social/retired member. This category of membership allows the member the right to receive mailings and attend functions only and does not provide the right to vote or hold office.
